Delete Your Data

How to delete your account and data

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the train01 app:

1. Open the train01 app on your device
2. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the top right)
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

1. Your account and profile information
2. All workout logs (sets, reps, weights)
3. Exercise recommendations and calibration data
4. Perceived exertion ratings and weight adjustments
5. Any other data associated with your account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data will be removed within 30 days of your request.
