• Exercise logs (exercises, sets, reps, weights you enter)

Profile data (optional):

• Gender, bodyweight, and experience level (if you provide them during onboarding)
• Self-reported strength benchmarks for exercise recommendations

Location data (optional):

• With your permission, we may collect your location to associate workouts with a gym, provide location-based features, and improve recommendations. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

Device and usage data:

• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Crash reports and performance data to help us fix bugs

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the app and your account
• Generate personalised exercise and weight recommendations
• Track your workout history and progress
• Improve the app, fix bugs, and develop new features
• Communicate with you about service updates or issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Authentication

You may sign in using Apple, Google, or Facebook. When you do, we receive limited profile information (such as your name and email) from that provider. We do not receive or store your password for these services. Each provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data.

4. How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, database, and caching services — all selected for their strong security practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer.

Anonymised, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely to improve the app.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Your data is yours. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

7. Who Can Access Your Data

Only you can see your workout data. Our development team may access aggregated, anonymised data to improve the app. We will never access individual accounts without your permission unless required by law.

We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the app (hosting, authentication, error tracking) — only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services
• Law enforcement or government authorities if required by law

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in countries outside your own. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this policy and notify you through the app. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
